1. Download & Install the OCTGN client from here (Windows only...for now 😉 )
  2. Open OCTGN and register an account or login with an existing one.
  3. Go to the game manager tab and click the “Add” button. In the window that will open type:
    Name: OCTGN Directory
    Feed URL/Path:
and press “Add”. A new feed should appear on the left.
  4. Click on the “OCTGN Directory” Feed. On the right a list of games should appear.
  5. Click on Spycraft and click “Install”. After a short wait it should finish.
  6. Go here and download all the card packs (.o8c) you find.
  7. In OCTGN, go to game manager and click on “Add Image Packs”
  8. Select the .o8c files you download them one by one and install them. You will see a install window and once each pack is installed, you’ll see a pop-up window confirming this. This should take a few seconds at most.
  9. Done! You can now start a game with the included decks, or make your own in the deck editor

(Recommendedl) In case you’re a new player, grab the rulebook from here (pdf) and watch the Tutorials.

The game contains some basic decks that should get you started. They will be installed into your OCTGN directory.

  1. love that i just found this. I used to play this ccg in the old sniper league in my game store. i just dl’d and installed it haven’t had a chance to play yet looking forward to it soon. i was browsing the cards and had a question. Are the cards stock or do they incorporate any of the errata? i ask b/c i noticed Lt. Folley from the extinction agenda set wasn’t marked as unique and he was erratad as being unique.

  2. unfortunately they never re did the images for folley. i used to be the ref at our sniper league and have a 3 ring binder full of the errata and FAQ’s that come up over the life of the game.

  3. i honestly don’t know if I do or not. I’m trying to recover some gaming documents off a hard drive that crashed and it’s probably on that drive. If i can’t I plan on retyping the entire document about 51 pages in case I should lose the physical copy. the stuff came mostly from the old AEG forums, the spycraft informer the magazine i think ran no more than about 5 issues.
